Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and beauty-related items), we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or opened items.

However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
• Damaged Item on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Refunds will only be processed if:
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is inspected and approved.

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong colour, length, or style than what you ordered.
• The item arrived defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence.

If your exchange is approved, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost. We do not accept exchange requests for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with colour differences caused by screen resolution or lighting.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Opened or used hair extensions
• Products not purchased directly from our website
• Orders not reported within the stated timeframes

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
